We're back for another month and in this episode Kit and Alex reflect on how we learn as health care professionals.
Discussing experiences from undergrad courses, through to present day conferences, they talk about how the environment and teaching approaches can impact what and how we learn, whether we ask questions and shapes who we become as professionals.
Alex talks about a recent conference that focused on bringing everyone together and how that impacted how much he took away from the conference and the feeling of social support it provided.
Kit talks about her undergraduate experience, how it compares to her hakomi psychotherapy course, the impact it has had on her learning and what we can learn from this different approach to teaching.
